The Women’s Leadership Program was launched with the goal to engage, educate and develop women in leadership positions in the workplace and the community. The program also fulfills a key part of its strategic plan to support and promote small and local business and entrepreneurial development.

forums: 

Women’s Leadership Forums are the backbone of the program, and provide a way for hundreds of local women to come together, network and learn from experts about topics that directly impact their personal and professional lives.

mentoring:

The Women’s Mentoring Connections program was developed to build on the inter-generational skills and personal and business development needs of Women’s Leadership participants. This smaller, more intimate group, meets regularly to discuss topics ranging from public speaking skills to community philanthropy. Each session includes a panel of women, spanning four generations, and is hosted by a moderator. Donations to local charities are also often a part of the meeting.
