NxtLevel for business start-ups addresses those questions every entrepreneur needs to answer before starting a business venture. Participants develop a start-up business plan during the course to test the feasibility of their business concept and to act as the blueprint for their start-up venture. Its been proven that the entrepreneur who plans is the entrepreneur who succeeds. For this reason, develop a comprehensive business plan during the course to act as the road map for future growth.
Topics include: Developing yoru business concept; Business start-up options and market research; Business fundamentals; Testing the idea; Getting to the market; Understanding budgets and financials; Raising money; Getting started and managing the future.
